User Data Deletion

At Hussam.link, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you'd like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, please follow the steps below.

What Data We May Hold

• Name, email address, phone number, company.
• Information submitted via the "Book a Strategy Call" form.
• Communications you have sent us via WhatsApp or email.
• Basic technical/usage data (IP, browser type, analytics).

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to HussamlinkHQ@Hussam.link with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address and/or phone number you used
• A brief statement requesting deletion of your data

Processing Time

We will verify your identity and permanently delete your data from our active systems within 30 days of receiving your request. Backups containing your data will be purged on our standard rotation cycle.

Exceptions

We may retain certain information when required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or contract enforcement), or in anonymized form for analytics.

AI Systems & Your Data

In line with our Responsible AI commitment, when you request deletion we also remove your personal data from any AI-related pipelines we operate (prompt logs, vector embeddings, fine-tuning datasets, and audit trails) — except where retention is legally required. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models without explicit consent.
